January 4th there was a Logan Lerman inteview by Eva Chen in Teen Vogue titled, Hero Worship: Logan Lerman. Link here

Below is a summary of quotes from Logan in the interview.

Logan talks about being compared to Daniel Radcliffe which he says,

“Honestly, my character doesn’t have much in common with Harry Potter besides the fact that he’s an unlikely hero who’s thrown into a huge situation.”

Logan goes on and says about the Twilight series,

“I’ve been studying mythology for months, reading about Perseus, Poseidon, Apollo, Medusa, I don’t know if the movie will reach Twilight levels of obsession, but if it does, I’m ready for it!”

The interview finishes with Logan saying,

“My life is pretty incredible. I still wonder how I finagled my way into this.”

Facts: Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Logan Lerman wanted to become an actor at an early age. So he told his mother of his desire to be an actor when he was 2 1/2 years old. At the age of 4, Logan had an agent and was booked for two commercials. When Logan is not working, he likes to play soccer and baseball. He is a LA Lakers fan and, even though he plays mostly dramatic roles, he enjoys playing pranks on his friends.

What I think about him playing the role: I think he will play a great Percy Jackson. He’s got the looks for it and he’s a good actor. I really liked him in 3:10 to Yuma as he played William Evans, the son of the main character. He’s a good age too if they continue producing the whole series.
