The Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan

The Mark of AthenaThe Mark of Athena Book Description
In The Son of Neptune, Percy, Hazel, and Frank met in Camp Jupiter, the Roman equivalent of Camp Halfblood, and traveled to the land beyond the gods to complete a dangerous quest. The third book in the Heroes of Olympus series will unite them with Jason, Piper, and Leo. But they number only six–who will complete the Prophecy of Seven?

The Greek and Roman demigods will have to cooperate in order to defeat the giants released by the Earth Mother, Gaea. Then they will have to sail together to the ancient land to find the Doors of Death. What exactly are the Doors of Death? Much of the prophecy remains a mystery. . . .

With old friends and new friends joining forces, a marvelous ship, fearsome foes, and an exotic setting, The Mark of Athena promises to be another unforgettable adventure by master storyteller Rick Riordan.

Reviews from PJM Fans
“I finished The Mark of Athena on Saturday. My first reaction once I read the last word was shock. I wanted to cry out why, oh why do I have to wait a year for the next book, The House of Hades! Seriously, it was the best Rick Riordan book EVER! It took my breath away, sent me to the cliff, and left me with so many thoughts buzzing in my head. Now that’s what I call a good book! The characters were amazing and he brought even more depth to them especially with Annabeth. Rick Riordan, however, did not sway my opinion on Frank. Sorry dude, but I’m still not your biggest fan. Make sure to get The Mark of Athena. Best one out of any of Rick Riordan’s books!” -Rebecca King, Head Writer of PercyJacksonMovies.com.

“just finished the mark of athena. oh my gods. rick. why. #FEELINGS @camphalfblood @percyjacksonmov” -Kaila Dee via Twitter

It’s beautiful book! But I still think they are missing chapters talk about Piper and Frank. I hope they talk about Piper talk more about these books!

Yeah, my friend told me about that. But what was kinda weird was when I was reading the part when they were about to fall into tartarus, I was listening to the best song to go with that ending.
